  ACADEMIC AND HONORS STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Each college has at least one student organization to honor and assist students interested in learning beyond the classroom. Click here to find out what is available.
  CAMPUS PROGRAMMING
Help make sure your fellow students have plenty to do on the Tulane campus -- join one of the organizations responsible for programming a variety of events and performing for the Tulane community.
  COMMUNITY SERVICE
Tulane's committment to community service means opportunities abound for involvement. From the many service projects run by the Community Action Council of Tulane University Students (CACTUS) to the activities designed to raise awarenes of cancer risks hosted by Tulane's Colleges Against Cancer, there are varied ways to help and make a difference.
  FRATERNITIES AND SORORITIES
Social fraternities and sororities are a great way to meet people, gain leadership experiences and engage in service to others. Maybe one of Tulane's 26 fraternities and sororities is right for you!
  HOUSING AND RESIDENCE LIFE ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENT
Living on campus provides unique opportunities to impact the environment in which you live through governance and peer leadership roles.
  INTEREST AND HOBBY STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
We've got juggling, gardening, bicycling, art and more. If it's something you're interested in, there's probably a student organization to further your knowledge and to help you hang out with like-minded folks.
 
MILITARY ORGANIZATIONS
The Army, Air Force and Navy all have ROTC programs at Tulane University.
You can join at any time to learn to jump from planes, visit active bases, and get help with paying for school.
  MULTICULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS
Everyone, regardless of race or any other characteristic, has a culture of origin, and multicultural organizations and activities exist to celebrate those cultures and traditions. Attend lectures, events, dinners and galas hosted by multicultural student organizations and get a better understanding of the wider world. The Office of Multicultural Affairs is also home to resources and support for LGBTQA students and allies.
  NEWCOMB-TULANE COLLEGE STUDENT PROGRAMS
The college is home to many opportunities to get involved. From The Dean's Coffee Friday mornings on the Cudd Hall porch to the Newcomb-Tulane Debate Society, there's lots for everyone.
 

NEWCOMB COLLEGE INSTITUTE
Created in 2006, the Institute is available to help all women students suceed at Tulane. Newcomb programs available for students include Newcomb Leadership Conference, Fridays at Newcomb and Springs Arts Festival. There are also several student organizations you can join.

 

ORIENTATION AND NEW STUDENT PROGRAMS

  POLITICAL STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
There's a political student organization for you at Tulane University no matter your political beliefs. Join a group and help register students to vote, support local and national candidates and learn more about politics and political thought.
  REILY, INTRAMURALS AND CLUB SPORTS
Reily Recreation Center is a great place to work out and hang out and is home to intramural sports, club sports student organizations and activity programs among much more.
  RELIGIOUS LIFE
Explore other religions or find a comfortable, respectful space to practice your own. Tulane is home to 15 religious organizations and centers, including the Muslim Student Association, Chabad Jewish Student Center and Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship.
  STUDENT GOVERNMENT

  STUDENT MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS
Tulane is home to several student media organizations: The Tulane Hullabaloo newspaper, The Messenger multicultural newspaper, WTUL 91.5 FM, Tulane University Broadcast Entertainment (TUBE), The Literary Society-Tulane Review, Jambalaya yearbook and the Media Organizations Council. Join any or all of them to be a part of the media presence on campus.
